GP Efisan v Plzni vyhrál Jan Ryba AC SPARTA Praha

Tým Sparty chtěl vyhrát a skvěle rozjetý závod měl Jan Ryba, kterému se dařilo v koncovkách, kde se přetahoval o body s Pavlem Kelemenem (Team Dukla Praha). Ten se také mohl spolehnout na týmovou pomoc. Do závodu šel nenápadně Martin Boubal (Hello CTW) a bodově se začal dotahovat až po polovině závodu na dvojici Ryba a Kelemen. Šest okruhů před cílem se dokonce Boubal díky úniku dostal na první místo průběžného vedení, a to už Sparta musela šlápnout do pedálů. Nakonec se z vítězství mohl radovat Ryba. V celkovém pořadí je další Sparťan Richard Habermann.

Po Mistrovství ČR si v Plzni na Grand Prix zlepšil náladu Jan Ryba

Čtvrtý díl GIANT LIGY v Plzni se jel opět za letního počasí, i když meteorologická předpověď nebyla nejlepší. V Plzni nakonec ani kapka vody a teploměr na Rapidu ukazoval 26 °C. Sparta přijela vyhrát, ale závod měl dramatickou koncovku.

Sportovní odpoledne v Plzni na Rapidu odstartovala nejdříve mládež v kategoriích starší žáci, kadetky a kadeti, juniorky. Závod se jel opět jako Velká cena Roman Kreuziger Cycling Academy.

Po mládežnických kategoriích odstartoval závod elite na 60km. Tým Sparty chtěl vyhrát a skvěle rozjetý závod měl Jan Ryba, kterému se dařilo v koncovkách, kde se přetahoval o body s Pavlem Kelemenem (Team Dukla Praha). Ten se také mohl spolehnout na týmovou pomoc. Do závodu šel nenápadně Martin Boubal (Hello CTW) a bodově se začal dotahovat až po polovině závodu na dvojici Ryba a Kelemen.

Šest okruhů před cílem se dokonce Boubal díky úniku dostal na první místo průběžného vedení, a to už Sparta musela šlápnout do pedálů. Nakonec se z vítězství mohl radovat Ryba. Celkové vedení udržel o dva body před Boubalem další Sparťan Richard Habermann.

Vyzdvihnout tentokrát musíme výkon německého jezdce Toni Franze (LVIV Continental Cycling Team), který se bez pomoci týmu dokázal vklínit na slušné 5. místo celkového hodnocení.

Na prémiích Bageterie Boulevard prestige (soutěž aktivity) zářil aktivitou Denis Rugovac (TEAM DUKLA PRAHA), ale nedokázal zatím smazat náskok v měsíci červnu na Richarda Habermanna (AC SPARTA PRAHA). />
Ženám kralovala ve spurtu Kristýna Burlová (TEAM DUKLA PRAHA). Juniory vyhrál opět rychlík Maximilian Kerl (AUTHOR TEAM STUPNO). Kategorii Masters jezdce nad 40 let Petr Ruman (Cyklo Atom)


Jan Ryba v cíli: „Chtěl bych poděkovat klukům z týmu, že mi pomohli v posledních kilometrech ještě dojet Martina Boubala a mohl jsem tak navýšit body a zvítězit.“

Další díl Giant Ligy 2021 pokračuje 29. června v Plzni, ve sportovním areálu SK RAPID.
